Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

Wim Hof 3 days
During these three days, not only all facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively explored, but also a 'deep dive' is being made in your mind and body, like advanced meditation and restoring connection with your heart and soul connection. You will be working with/on your personal question.
